Do not include medical history or documents. Answers stay in the current page until you submit; we do not store them in browser local storage.
Submitting through Netlify Forms
When the site is hosted on Netlify with Forms enabled, submitting sends your details to Netlify for processing and storage. Enquiry notifications are intended for info@comparemymedicalinsurance.co.uk so the team can respond. Netlify’s spam filtering may also process submission and technical information. See Netlify’s privacy policy. The ChatGPT-hosted preview does not accept form submissions.
How your enquiry is used
Your details are used to respond to your request about family health insurance. Submitting this form does not sign you up to unrelated marketing. Any advising firm should provide its own privacy and regulatory information.
